P286R : Mutation rate in mouse cells

Mouse embryonic fibroblasts derived from heterozygous Pole^P286R/+ embryos have an elevated mutation rate. The Pole^P286R variant engineered in a murine melanoma cell line also accelerates mutation accumulation.
