The PolED database is developed and maintained by the Shcherbakova laboratory at the Eppley Institute for Research in Cancer and Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

The database compiles published information on the functional studies of POLE and POLD1 variants. All data undergoes stringent review for evidence of scientific rigor and statistical significance prior to being added to the database.
